The retail price is the manufacturer Suggested Retail Price and may not reflect actual selling prices. jewelrynest.com guarantee covers all items to refund your purchase price if you are not completely satisfied. Our guarantee applies even though the manufacturer warranty may not cover some things because jewelrynest.com is not an authorized merchandise dealer.

Please Note: Due to the high incidences of fraudulent activity via e-commerce, we require a valid driver license/and or photo ID to determine the order validity. It is for our buyer protection as well. We adhere strictly to these rules before any order begins to be processed and shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive approval. Buyer must fax license Photo ID to 516-612-2575.

• JewelryNest ships via FedEx insured second-day air delivery, free. Usually, it ships within 5-10 business days after our 24-48 hour credit verification has been checked following order placement. If you have selected expedited shipping or have a specific deadline for receipt, please e-mail us to ensure prompt delivery.
• JewelryNest applies a 10% restocking fee if an item return.
• Availability: Availability is updated as often as possible. If a watch is displayed as available when the buyer places the order, but we no longer have the item in stock, we will inform you of this, and your credit card will not be charged.
• Packaging and Documentation: This watch is GUARANTEED 100% authentic, has ORIGINAL SERIAL NUMBERS, and is shipped in FACTORY-FRESH, BRAND NEW UNWORN condition with ALL manufacturer documentation and packaging. The Package contains the watch manufacturer's certificate of authenticity (if such certificate is applicable and provided by the manufacturer), tags, stickers, boxes, and user manuals.
• We sell luxury timepieces at considerably lower prices than the manufacturer's list price. It is not an Authorized  Watch Dealer and is not affiliated with. Authorized dealers are not permitted to discount or sell watches on the Internet. For this reason, we choose not to be authorized watch dealers for many of the brands we sell. Since we are not authorized dealers for many watch manufacturers, we may be unable to ship the original watch manufacturer`s warranty. However, we provide a 2-year JewelryNest Warranty (active from the date of purchase). We provide this information in the individual watch description if we can supply the original warranty.
