Correctly personalized items cannot be returned for a refund. All original paperwork and documents must also be included. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returned items without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted. Returns are only available for items billed and shipped to the same address. There is a restocking fee for all returns

If you are not pleased with your order and you would like to exchange it, return it within 5 days with the original invoice and packing. An account will be set up with the value of the original item.

Returned items without a Return Authorization Code as well will not be accepted. Any items received by us after 30 days will be returned back to the sender. All original paperwork and documents must also be included. Also for security reasons, please do not write "jewelrynest.com" or any other words that would identify the package as containing jewelry.  Once we receive your return item (within 30 days of the delivered date and received back date) and verify the condition of your return item, we will issue a credit for your full purchase price to the same account/credit/charge card you used to make the original purchase excluding shipping and handling charges.
 
 JewelryNest will refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is a result of JewelryNest's error. 
 
 A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Items received as a gift will be reimbursed by check issued within 30 days.
