We proudly ship worldwide with FedEx and USPS. The payment method for international orders is bank wire transfer, which is an electronic transfer of funds directly from your bank to Jewelry Central. After you place the order, you will receive an email with our routing and bank account numbers. You will then call or visit your bank and execute the wire transfer. You can also execute the wire transfer through online banking. After we receive the payment, we will promptly ship your order and email you the tracking number. We do not charge Sales Tax for sales outside the state of New York however, international customers are responsible for any Customs Tax or Duties. Your Customs Agency will contact you regarding any Duties for clearance.

If Billing and Shipping addresses both are within the US or Canada, we accept a Credit Card. Only Wire Transfer payment method (in US dollars) will be accepted for the International Shipments / Customers. This will be the only payment option in the shopping cart for international orders.

Our fine diamonds and timeless jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return / exchange your item within THIRTY (30) days, in its original condition, for the refund excluding shipping and handling charges. To return or exchange an item, please follow these Instruction and send us the package by Priority Registered Mail.

Please note that we only honor FedEx U.P.S Or U.S.P.S signature waivers for shipments under $250. If your delivery is over $750 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx U.P.S. If your delivery is under $750 we still require a signature unless you have a waiver on file with FedEx.U.P.S These requirements are for your protection.
